Title: Certificate printing question
Post by: Robin Deatherage on June 15, 2011, 04:06:04 PM
A person in our chapter has emailed asking a question about certificate printing.  From what I can gather, they are on TAM 10.8 so they have the new 05/2010 Acord 25 cert.  Also they are using Windows 7 machines.  CSRs are saying that when they print all the renewal certs, some have a second page of notes.  In the past they have been able to get the notes to properly print on the back of the page of the cert to which they belong but now they are having problems.  The problem is that if a holder does not have notes the next certificate prints on the back of that page, so it's not skipping the blanks.  Does this make sense?  Anyway, they've called AS and were told this has not been possible since TAM v6 but they say they could do it until they updated to 10.8.

Any thoughts?

Robin

We are on 10.4 and the Certs that have holder notes are printed separately from the rest of the list - just for the reason mentioned.  Duplexing doesn't work for the addl page to print and then go on the next cert as a separate Cert....it will print as stated.... wrong info attached to wrong cert.

We print them on our Canon Imagerunner.
