Title: Emailing TAM attachments stopped working
Post by: andrew_ashby on February 23, 2011, 07:06:42 AM
This is specific to my machine.

All of a sudden when I try to send an attachment by email I get the following error message. I've tried re-booting, running Asupdate.exe /RR etc. but with no luck so far.

Does anyine have any suggestions please ?

We've had that a few times:

File size exceeded our Exchange limit
Logos in the doc template were defective
Trying to send a document that was open elsewhere
Trying to send a pdf which had actually been deleted

Don't know if any of those help?

I agree with Andrew. The attachment most likely does not exist in the specified location.

Thanks.

Turned out to be a problem with outlook and not TAM !
