I've not seen this before, and couldn't find anything in KBase on it.

The log shows:
WINUTSIB began
The following error occurred in System.Drawing: Error read... (rest of line didn't print)
WINUTSIB Ended

Anyone have any idea what WINUTSIB is, and/or what the error refers to?

While I know it's a TAM error; googling other apps all point to rights/permissions issue.. Not having write, rights appears to be issue.
