Title: Support at Applied not available 12/23?

Trying to do on-line chat (it's 7:25 now, AM) - been in waiting room for 10 minutes.

Did I miss the Applied is closed today?

They probably have a pared down staff for the holidays - even though they are there....not the normal size crew to help out.

Well, trying it again (now 8:16 AM here, 12:16 PM there) - no response, sitting in the "waiting room" now for 15 minutes.  This is beyond slow - will just give up until next Monday.
