We had been having a problem with some activities with a particular code not appearing when using a filter. Applied support says they are aware of this problem occuring in the 10 series for some agencies. The tech I spoke with said that she had entered a PMR for the problem.
The problem seems to happen in these activity codes: EVID, AUID, CANC and BIND. If you select a policy and filter on one of these codes, not all activities may appear in the resulting list. The work around is to not select a policy. All activites with one of these codes do appear when no policy is selected.
