Is there an "auto update" option so I don't have to screen refresh to see if there are new messages? Using IE7.
Not really but the Babylon theme keeps a tree directory above anything you read so you can go back to all forums, just helpline etc. Try it out it has much better design and easier to follow along.
What about F5 to refresh?
