Our DMS email has stopped working. I had it sending through mimecast and I keep going through all of our logs on mimecast and I dont even see a connection attempt. I didn't change any settings on either system but it fails immediately when i do a test from epic.
Any one else see anything similar?
I'll bet they're on different servers or IPs...you may have to update your settings in Mimecast. We recently got the big update but I haven't heard of DMS breaking (yet).

Same here. However, sure that we use DMS much.
ok it ended up being perfect timing. Mimecast decided to clear out my ip whitelist on the same day I was upgraded to epic 2018. So it wasnt applieds fault at all. Also of note you cant see rejections for relaying in your logs on mimecast.
Here are the ip ranges applied had me whitelist in mimecast. 204.155.61.0/24 192.26.130.0/24
