After Applied dropped the ball on us, after 20+ years of subscription, we finally just stopped paying for support for our LAN version of TAMS.
All ran smoothly for months until this came up. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this is? Did we "phone home"?
Here is what Applied told me to do if/when it happens again (this happened awhile ago for us):
Go to whatever drive is labeled TAM Data - for us it is the H: drive.
Open the TAM_exe folder
Delete ASUPDATE.FLG file.
You should be able to get into TAM after you do that.
I have not had to do that yet, but it may come in handy sometime.
