Title: Electronic Delivery of Policies and Endorsements
Post by: Toni Forte on June 08, 2015, 04:37:52 PM
Does your agency electronically deliver polices to your commercial lines customers?
If so how do you do this?  Do you email?  Do you provide a portal, like thru CSR24 and have the insured download themselves?

We are just starting down this path as many of our carriers are delivering to us this way. Wondering what other agencies are doing.  How did you determine if it was ok in a state to even offer this?

Thanks All.

I don't know what the people here do as far as electronic delivery.

Surely states' insurance commission websites would have information concerning electronic policy delivery.  If you can't find it, then I guess you click on "Contact Us" and send 'em an email!  :)

Sharefile is supposed to be a good product.  A number of CPA firms use it in my experience.  May even be a from the makers of Citrix, if I remember correctly.  One of the big ones is from them.
