Title: Error During Startup

Remember prior to v10, if an error was received during Startup, it put the lock file "startup.err" in the tam_exe folder and no one could log in to Tam until the problem was fixed or the file deleted?  Is it the same with v10.x or did the file name and location change? I don't run Startup here any more but I think someone might want to start because we will be using Accounting soon.

I remember 'global.lok' in the \as_lock folder.

I'm pretty sure this is the same as always, the STARTUP.ERR file will be in the tam_exe directory. I run startup every morning but haven't had any errors in a long time.
