10.3 Update a Change Request in Close-Day or Night Utilities
In Version 10.3, we discovered an issue with Change Requests not updating in Close-Day or Night Utilities when the Update Change Request option is selected.

Until this issue can be corrected, process Change Requests immediately. If you are experiencing this issue or if you have further questions, please contact the Policy Support team for assistance.
