I have to change a bunch of letters to show the new account manager;s closing. You know, under the Sincerely, showing title, direct line, email address, tc.. I'd like to set the letters up to pull the correct closing for others who use those form letters. I have plenty of notes on how to get a signature into the letters, but not this.
I've never created a Macro and need help on that and also the best way to get it into the letters. I'm thinking If Statement. Am I on the right track?

Are you talking about Word in TAM and you just want it to pull the right person's info?

Yes. I can pull CSR, etc from TAM Info, but don't know where or how to set up the individuals' information.
