Can't edit Excel in TAM

We have a user who last week could open an attached XLS file in a TAM record, and edit it. Now when she tries, TAM takes her straight to the save-and-exit window. Her rights haven't changed.

I wondered if this was same issue as we've had with Word which sometimes does the same but that fix does not apply here.

Any ideas pls?

For info, turns out to have been a problem on one of our two Citrix servers. Just needed to run Excel diagnostics.
