Anyone remember windows 'God Mode' ?  Not sure what made me think of it but it still works in Win10.

Create new folder, rename folder to:

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Open Folder.

Indeed.  Makes me smile now, but I HATED it when it came out and turned it off by default on all PC's in office.  User had to figure out how to turn on if they wanted it.

I'm guessing that Clippy was the perverted alter ego of the programmer who made him.

LOL Mark!  Is it just me or do those Liberty commercials make that company appear to be a less than adequate insurance company?  (I know the claims gal here doesn't enjoy contacting Liberty for claim information.  It's difficult for her to get someone on the phone and if she makes contact, they don't want to give out information that we should have had already!)

It's not just you, Deb.  I see their Emu bit as a really bad attempt to answer the GEICO Gecko and Flo for Progressive.  But much dumber as a campaign, IMHO.  Between that blatant copycat and their criticizing their own industry relentlessly, it does NOT make me want to consider buying insurance from them.  I don't like the Gecko either, much less Flo/Jamie, but they are not as bad as the Emu in my opinion.

Obviously, State Farm joined the same game a few years back, but at least they put some creativity into it.  Some of their commercials are entertaining, although after they run a gazillion times I get sick of them.  But generally they are well done and better than the other 3, IMHO.  I really enjoyed the one from last year or 2 years ago with Aaron Rodgers and his dog in the pickup truck speeding around off-road and jumping through the air.

Well, you know what they say - any advertising is good advertising.  And we all definitely know the name, no matter what kind of stupidity we associate it with.  So it's working.  The Liberty biberty sticks in my head.  Doesn't mean I'll buy from them.

Liberty is big online/youtube where I spend a lot of time (no cable) so that's the one I get so much of and I'm so over it.
