Adobe DC and One Drive


I have one user who gets this error when saving Adobe DC PDF to One Drive.

"The document could not be saved.  The cloud operation was unsuccessful."    This message is an Adobe Acrobat error.

What he is doing is saving the PDF to a folder backed up in One Drive.   Worked before just fine.  He did notice a new icon on desktop for Adobe Creative Cloud which wasn't there before.  Not sure how that messed things up either.   Just wondering if anyone has encountered error and what was your fix.
