CSR24 - Identifying when a client is registered
« on: March 18, 2019, 05:04:37 pm »
Seems that other than looking at actual reports within CSR24, there's no activity or anything that gets written to Epic to determine when a client is actually registered to CSR24 - is this correct or did we miss a setup step somewhere?

I DO see activity from CSR24...but I dont see when an actual client is set up. I would think thats fairly important to note.

I think that's a PMR/BrightIdea.  Aren't the reports from the prior day as it is?  One thing (of the many) I don't like about CSR24 is that isn't not fully real-time data unless it's writing back to Epic.

Actually, in the release notes for the R2 hotfix that is being installed this weekend, it sounds like there is already a CSR notification when an insured signs up.  There should already be a "Notify CSR of New Accounts" option somewhere.  However, after the hotfix, it will only include the insured's name and email address per GDPR.

The problem is that notification may be there, but when it comes to reporting/metrics purposes, there's no way to identify them (within Epic).
