Office365 Issues Continued - "Throttled" Message

Users across the US getting "throttled" messages in Outlook via Office365. Likely related to the datacenter outage yesterday.

I thought I saw an article that had an easy fix for that, but I cna't find it now.  It was in the news feed on my phone.

The fix was to wait for them to fix it.

Yeah this was due to the datacenter issue last week.
