ACORD 126 - version changed after editing

We upgraded to TAM 10.4 from 7.6 about a month ago. A user just show me that she printed an ACORD 126 and got version 2004/03. After making some changes to the form in TAM, she reprinted and got version 2007/05. I'm guessing it used the old form until something changed. Can anybody corroborate my theory?

That is often the case. An existing application doesn't get updated to the new until it is changed. I hazard a guess that a certificate will perform the same. I know I've re-printed an old cert and it printed on the older edition, but I bet if I changed any data on it, it would update to the new one.
