I wish people would search for an idea BEFORE they submit one.  Several of the newer ones submitted are already in the system in the exact format or very similar.  Then the moderators have to combine and request that everyone vote on the original.

CSR24:  Maximum file size for a client viewable attachment is 100MB.  We can't always control file sizes and a large policy could become a thousand page PDF.  Maximum file size needs to be generously increased or removed.

Drives me crazy. I guess people are too busy or important to try searching for something before adding a new idea!

It seems that the PAC site is out of commission.  Seems like it's been about a week since it loaded properly.   ::)

OMG!  The updated site looks kinda pretty, but every.... single.... page.... takes at least a minute and a half to load!  SO frustrating!   >:(

And if you go to your list of submitted ideas, it has the status and a count of comments... which all say (0 comments) regardless of how many comments there really are.

Added a PAC entry today: https://appliedsystems.brightidea.com/EpicPAC/D7186

When you open Epic, any temp files are cleared out, which could possibly include files that were activity being worked on before Epic maybe crashed or lost connectivity. It should detect that a temp file exists for a reason and offer to recover that file for the user, the same way Microsoft Word autorecovers on a crash.

Market Appetite sidebar needs to default closed/minimized or remember the users selection.

I have to remove it via visibility which means no access to it at all.  Kinda funny, actually.

Voted for it. I noticed this in the webinars for the upgrade. Wouldn't it be better placed in the marketing section anyway?
