TAM Display Quality in Terminal Services with Citrix

I know this topic has been discussed and the key is to choose Windows Classic, however does anyone know of a solution for TAM display woes when you are running Terminal Services along with Citrix?  Windows Classic is not an option - the only similar option is Windows Basic, close but no cigar as everything still has the low contrast look.  Assistance is appreciated, as always.
