Custom Dec Pages

I'm assuming the UK and North America versions are similar here: We're just starting to work with Custom Dec pages, and I notice you can't have a "future app" version. We would like to be able to record projected changes somewhere and then get this data into documents e.g. submission/proposal to carrier.

Sub policies won't do it as they share the same App. And you can't copy an App and paste it to another policy line. Does anybody else come up against this issue and how do you work around?

That is how custom decs work in TAM.  I vaguely recall that Epic does allow for this, but I don't recall where I saw that.
