Activities missing in Homebase

I have on terminal server user who stopped getting her activities previewing on Homebase screen.   If I use the drop down and change to her I can see them.   Anyone experienced this and recall what the fix was?

Not sure how to correct this..   I don't think it has anything to do with local wintam folder especially in TS environment?  Any ideas are appreciated..

Just a shot in the dark, did you check the filter Tab and see if a specific entity was chosen instead of All? We've had that here before.

User error?  Never!  LOL!

I'll have to check for myself.  She is not in today so I'll check that at out.

That was it Lynne!  She somehow went into filter and changed to Vendor.   Then complained daily..  Claims she didn't do it.  +1 for the quick help!  :)
