So has anyone ever tested Branch Cache with TAM?  Perhaps as a way to extend TAM across a VPN to branch office.  This way the branch office could avoid using TAM through a RDP session.

What is Branch Cache?  Read here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/network/dd425028.aspx

P.S. It snowed here in Minnesota but they are still surfing Lake Superior.

"Duluth residents Amanda Meyer and Ian Erickson left home -- but on cross country skis. The couple couldn't be happier about the snow. They're even planning to go surfing on Lake Superior, on waves forecast to reach seven to nine feet tall. "

Where else can you ski and surf the same day?

I really don't think branch cache would work with TAM, not that i've got the resources to test it myself. I don't think its really designed for a product that needs the constant real-time data like TAM does, but more for sharing out simple docs and other files on a network.

Also, thats something california brags about that all the time, I think this needs a new ad campaign showing you can still do it, but with a lower cost of living.

I'm thinkin I agree with Conan...I don't think its intended for database files.
