Wonderful and helpful community of Applied Users:

There is a question regarding download setup posted on Applied Systems Facebook page.  It's from a user seeking advice from other agents.

If anyone could head over there and offer their opinions or some guidance, that would be really helpful!

Thanks!

OK folks, let's support Andy a little bit here!  For those of you who don't know, Andy's job is to generate social media buzz and traffic for Applied on their Facebook page and here in the forums.  His performance and his continued presence on AU is based on the numbers he generates on the Facebook page and in other ways.    I very much appreciate his and Conan's presence on the forums and I want that to continue, but like I said, someone's always looking at his numbers to see if his continued presence here is merited.

Personally, I like the direct contact with Applied employees and feel that it is the best way for Applied to take the pulse of the users, not only for program enhancements, but for many other issues as well.  It's perfectly OK to harass Andy and Conan whenever possible (I do ;)), but we need to remember to support their presence here as well, so please make your presence known on the Applied Facebook page.  Thank you.

Thanks Jan.  I don't think it matters what topic you post on, just as long as you go over and visit Andy's little corner of the world.
