Desired Skills & Experience

Qualified candidates must have a current P&C license and possess the following:

    Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively resolve customer issues/ concerns in a patient and caring manner.
    A professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
    Good time management and follow-up skills, including the ability to effectively multi-task by balancing quality and quantity of output.
