10.8 has been installed.

Two questions this morning:
1. Is it possible to use the 'description of operations' all the way across?  There is a lot of empty space remaining at the right.  We have seen other Certs (from other software/agencies/companies) that use the whole space.

2. How does one transfer the holders from the old certs to the new certs?  It does not appear to pick them up.  Or is there some sort of selection that grabs the certholders from the old cert when creating a new cert?

Yes, you can use the Descrip of Ops all the way across.  If the prior cert had holders there is a check box on the lower half of the screen when you are selection which version of Cert you want that indicates to copy the cert holders from prior cert.

Coverage moves, but no holders.

So far only the left half of a cert appears to be used.  See attached.  Is this what everyone experiences or is there something else to select or do?  (see attached).

This is the 2010/05 Acord 25.

Sometimes (not sure why....) but if you highlight what is in the box and delete, and then retype, you then have the whole space to use.....

Just "guessing" - but I think it may be that in prior version, you actually had two fields defined, each only a certain length; and now they have redefined the field(s) to be continuous.

Spoke with support and TAM 10 & TAM 11 still use only the left portion of the space.  Leaving about 40% unused.  PMR is still not fulfilled.  I pointed out that other software (not ours) does appear to have this issue resolved.

Transferring prior certificate data requires a certain option in utilities to be selected.  This has now been done and it is working.  This was question 2 of the initial inquiry.
