Agree, doesn't appear to be something you can do from history. But most of the lenders we're now seeing going for a binder (30 days from today or til expiration of current policy whichever is less) as they've learned a cert or evidence is only a snapshot and doesn't guarantee anything beyond the moment it's created.  So we do binders from current policy.

Confirmed with AS - can't do...the need is a unique situation....doesn't fit into the usual mold for the form.
