Auto ID Print - mine comes out blank?

Okay, long time since I've done this.  If we're using preprinted forms for Hawaii - is the Auto ID setup global, or do you have to do that on each station that may print?  It's been a long time since I've worked with this, don't remember.

Problem - on my computer, I go through all the steps done by CSRs in the office (double checked), and the printer pulls the form through but doesn't print anything on the form.  I also verified I'm using the correct printer and printer definition.

I don't have TAM in front of me, but isn't there a utility to set up ID cards when you have to state forms?  Or maybe system set up on main screen?

Lance, I found sometimes if ID cards are stuck in the Qeue this happens.  If you go to the client that  you are printing the card for and just do the process of doing the ID cards again and IF they come up on the screen without you doing the setup process....delete them and then re-do and they should print.

(hope that wasn't too confusing....I'm not sure how to explain that process very clearly!)

To answer a couple responses - there is a utility for card setup - but my question is whether this sets it "globally" or if something has to be done on each workstation.  Others in the office have no problem - it's only when I try that it comes out blank.

The print dialog screen where you tell it things such as which car, what state, preprinted or blank - all comes up the same as it does for others in the office.  It's just when it goes through the printer, nothing prints though the form is pulled through.

There are a few things in the queue, but when I try to print them out, I get errors - referring to KB, there is apparently something there with a string where a number should be, or vice versa.  And what is in there is OLD.  Any way to clear the queue?

By the way, nothing there with my operator ID.

If you try printing at different stations using the same criteria and the same client and have the issue then it wouldn't seem like a specific WS/user issue.  Try it at WS you know works - do it under your code and then someone else's code - that should help figure out if it's your code issue or a printing/queue issue.

You do have to select the ID card criteria at each workstation but setup is done in UTIL.
