two MVR questions

We receive our MVRs from ADR. We will be upgrading from TAM 9.3 to 10.7 at the end of March. I was reading that in newer versions of TAM, you must order an MVR through the Real-Time interface (currently the CSR will queue it up and ask our receptionist to run them). When our receptionists submit them, they must enter a user ID and password. My first question is, when the CSR must order them through Real-Time, must each CSR have a unique user ID and password for ADR?

My second question is, does a DMV authorization ever expire?
