Can you export a vehicle schedule to Excel?  Chartis is wanting us to submit our vehicle list in excel format...says turnaround time for rating is faster.

TIA

Using reports you can search the business auto form and pull the auto information that way. I thought you could do this at the client level, but I can't find it.

It would be nice if you could do this like Cert holder list - export and import using excel!

I hate going overboard for a company, but in the case of Chartis (AIG) we just might.  They are incrediably slow in quotes.

Thanks all.  I'll check reports and see what I can do.

I put in a PMR on this when the certholder upload/download came into being.  Never heard another thing.

They do have this in Vision and Epic, but don't know if it's planned for TAM

I sure would be a nice option if you insure truckers or distributors with huge fleets.

You don't need a utility to get the list to excel. Just use reports. Use the search facility for forms, specify the client, select what fields you want from the app and then send it to Excel instead of a report.

Our users do this with reports like the others have said. You can do this for any schedule...vehicle list, drivers, inland marine, etc.

Thanks all.  I played with the form/excel yesterday, to see how it would work.  I'm just not seeing how Chartis wants it.  I've asked for a format or sample so I can try to create from that then.  Otherwise...right now I've got one very, very long line.
